I, too, am enamored with Photo 7. It reads as very Futurist to me, with the implications of speed and momentum conveyed through the streakiness. The vehicle's inherent sheen - both its paint job and the chrome of the hubcaps - capture and reflect the light in a truly entrancing way.
For me, photos 5,7, and 8 are really successful. 7 and 8 capture motion at the right time and then 5 has really interesting lighting going on. The scooter picture does look different that the printed version in critique today, i think I like them better digitally
I love the sensation of speed in the 7th photo. There is a good range of values. The shadow made by the car is a really nice part of the composition.
