Fazio 10 best week 11

  1. Oh man, photo four is pristine. I can see it gracing a postcard or magazine advertisement: there is something serene and entrancing about the simultaneous delicacy and strength of the pole jutting upwards. It perfectly bisects the picture plane and makes the composition fantastically balanced. There is also a sort of gradient happening. The bottommost register of the photograph is the dark, rippling water, then you have a nice mid-tone range of gray, and finally the uppermost third of the photograph is the whiter sky. Coupled with the leading lines of the palm trees and boat mast, this served to draw the viewer's eye upward, making a very fluid sweep. It's calming just to look at.

  2. I can't get enough of your images. They're all so good and the quality of your images are always so sharp. You just have an eye for capturing the right angles of different objects. None of your images seem repetitive which is a problem I feel most people's images are like. The 7th photo is my fave because of all the lines pointing you to one spot in the picture.
