The first picture has a really nice contrast between natural wood and manufactured wood. I think you were really successful at capturing moments this week, I definitely see a cohesive theme
I am really enjoying photograph number five. It has a very fantastical sentiment about it. It is as thought the branches and flowers are reaching out to embrace your friend and carry her up into the sky. There is a strong sense of contrast in this photo as well and it really activates the viewers experience. In this week's photos, there is a good narrative being played out. I see how your last photograph fits into this narrative, but for me this is your weakest image. It feels like the image is put in the series becuase perhaps it is expected to be there...
These is a very charming and sort of whimsical series, which is always fun to see. My favorites are the fourth, fifth, and eighth shots for that sense of spontaneity. A detail that I love (and just noticed while writing this) are the legs in the last shot. I thought that the last shot threw off the feeling of the rest of the shots but now having noticed the legs, it matches the rest quite nicely.
