I was worried about your change in topic so late in the game and whether you were going to be able to capture as many images as you needed, but boy oh boy, these are great! I think photo 7, the "St. Nicholas VII" is phenomenally composed and conceptually encompasses your theme. The interesting play of the reflective window pane superimposed on the statuettes in image ten is also great, because FL has such a tourist-driven culture and that Hellenistic insertion just ties it all together.
These are really interesting photos. I immediately get the feeling of Tarpon Springs and it's Greek culture. The contrast you bring to each of your shots adds a lot. Also, it's impressive that instead of taking the route of adding a bunch of signage to announce the area you were shooting in you found unique architecture, objects, and scenes. This is a very solid collection, it should well to your project.
