I like the composition of the second photo and the contrast between the dark black bottom half and the bright white house peeking through. I also like the contrast of the last photo of the white chairs on the dark background. The tonal range and contrast of all your photos in general are very successful.
The second photo's composition just stands out from the rest. The way the trees frame the house is really well done and you can tell it was done intentionally.
